The Chad proposes to send troops in the neighboring Central African Republic to help stop the invasion of the rebels who, he says, are backed by Sudan, the government said. The Prime Minister Pascal Yoadimnadji, in a speech to parliament cited by the government website today, called a "general mobilization" of the people of Chad against what was described as "a generalized war imposed by the Sudanese government."
